10 a.m. Climb to the highest point in the Cumberland Mountains. This race climbs more than 2,000 feet in elevation from downtown Norton to the 4,200-foot High Knob summit. This will be the 10th annual climb. Register online at UltraSignup.com. See www.highknobhellbender.wordpress.com for more race details and mail-in registration forms. The race is also part of the High Knob Triple Crown running series. Other races in the series include the Fit Farmer 12K Trail Run (May 13) and Mountain Fork Half Marathon (Sept. 17).
